Instructions
1. Open the package.
2. Knead and shake several times to activate.
3. Do not leave the heating pad outdoors.
WARNING
1. Do not use if bruising or swelling is present.
2. Do not use if frostbite or loss of sensation is present.
3. For external use only.
4. Do not puncture the heating pad.
5. If contents come into contact with eyes or mouth, seek medical attention immediately.
6. Remove the heating pad from bare skin if it becomes too hot.
7. Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
8. Do not use the heating pad in the same area repeatedly.
